The math nobody explains about reselling info products
Everyone says "just resell PLR/white-label content" like it's free money. It's not — but the math is genuinely good if you do one thing right: license depth, not license breadth.
Most people buy 50 generic PLR packs and dump them all at once. Nobody buys because nothing is differentiated and the market's already flooded with the same repackaged file.
What actually works: pick ONE outsourced product, rebuild the packaging (new title, new cover, restructure the modules), and go deep on ONE audience for 30 days before touching a second product. You're not selling the content — you're selling the curation and positioning around it.
Ran this exact test myself: same base content, two different launches. Generic repackage = 3 sales in a month. Repositioned for a specific audience with new structure = 41 sales in the same window, same traffic size.
The content was never the bottleneck. The packaging and audience-fit was.
If you're in this space and stuck at zero sales, it's almost never a traffic problem first — check your positioning before you spend another dollar on ads.
