A simple test to see if you're growing or just existing
Answer these honestly:
→ Can you name one belief you changed in the last 90 days?
→ Have you done something that scared you this month?
→ Is there one area of your life that's measurably better than 6 months ago?
→ Do you have at least one person who challenges your thinking regularly?
→ When's the last time you were genuinely proud of yourself?
If you hesitated on most of these — you're existing, not growing. And there's no shame in that. Most people are.
But existing has a cost. It compounds. Months turn to years turn to decades of "I'll start eventually."
Growth doesn't require massive change. It requires:
One new input per week (book, conversation, experience)
One uncomfortable action per week (doesn't matter how small)
One honest reflection per week (what worked, what didn't, what am I avoiding)
That's it. Three things. Consistently. The gap between who you are and who you want to be closes faster than you think.
We do this work weekly inside State of Mind. No fluff. Just real growth with real people.
