Finding Peace is a 5-week yoga therapy program designed to help you shift your relationship with anxiety so it works for you, not against you. Through 9 guided meditations and 3 calming yoga sequences, you’ll gently reconnect with your body, learn to hold space for intense feelings, and release what no longer serves you.
Instead of fighting or suppressing anxiety, you’ll uncover its deeper purpose, soothe your nervous system, and integrate difficult emotions into wholeness. Along the way, you’ll discover that healing isn’t selfish—it’s an act of revolutionary care. As you reclaim your calm, you also plant seeds for others: every shift inside you ripples outward into the world.
