The Freshman Semester is the FIRST level of our course and community.

This is the zero-to-momentum track for newer investors who don’t have a huge budget, but do have a serious desire to get moving and build their operation correctly.

It’s designed to stop the guessing, stop the busywork, and give you the exact fundamentals that actually create deals: how to pick a strategy, talk to sellers, make offers, underwrite correctly, and not get crushed by simple mistakes.

You’ll leave with a repeatable weekly game plan, real scripts, real examples, and a clear standard for what “productive” looks like so you’re not just consuming content and calling it progress. If you’re tired of starting over every Monday, this is where you build your base.
