The real reason most people don't get results from fitness coaching
I've coached people online for a while now, and the pattern is always the same: it's never the workout program that fails. It's the lack of a feedback loop.
Someone buys a $30 PDF plan, follows it for two weeks, doesn't see instant results, gets discouraged, and quits. Nobody checked in. Nobody adjusted their calories when the scale stalled. Nobody was watching their form on that squat that's about to wreck their knees.
Structure beats motivation every time. That's the whole philosophy behind how I built Iron Circle:
Weekly check-ins so nothing goes unnoticed for a month
Live Zoom calls so you actually talk to your coach, not a chatbot
Plans that adjust based on your real progress, not a static PDF
If you're stuck bouncing between programs and not seeing the needle move, the problem probably isn't your effort — it's that no one's tracking it with you. That's the gap accountability-based coaching fills.
Happy to answer questions on training/nutrition structure below if anyone's stuck.
