Be honest — how many things in your wardrobe still have the tags on?

The colour's trending. The hard part is knowing what to wear it with.

Drawn to the colour. Unsure what goes with it. The outfit never actually happens.

The Summer Colour Edit takes this season's trending shades and shows you exactly what to wear with each one — so the colour you love finally makes it out the door.

There's a version of you that's been waiting a long time.

She's the one you keep saying you'll get back to — after this season, after they're older, after things calm down. The one whose needs always land at the bottom of the list because everyone else's felt more urgent.

But here's what no one tells you: things don't calm down on their own. The list doesn't end. You have to decide, on an ordinary unremarkable day, that you count too.

Not all at once. Not perfectly.

Just drink the water. Say the honest thing. Lie down when you're tired instead of pushing through one more hour. Let one person see you when you're not holding it together.

Taking care of yourself isn't selfish, and it isn't a reward you earn after everyone else is handled. It's how you stay someone worth coming home to — for them, and for you.

Go back for her. She's still in there. And she's so glad you finally remembered.

Be honest — which level has been running on empty lately? No wrong answer. Just notice which one you picked the fastest.

Taking care of yourself isn't one thing. It's five.

Your body needs sleep, water, and movement that doesn't punish it.

Your mind needs fewer open tabs — the real ones and the mental ones.

Your heart needs people you don't have to perform for.

Your spirit needs something bigger than the to-do list to point at.

And your time needs a guard at the door who can say no.

Most of us pour into one and wonder why we still feel empty. You're not broken. You're just unevenly watered.

Check which one's been dry the longest. Start there.
