I'm building a personal AI operating system in public. Here's the actual stack so far.

A few months ago I got tired of juggling ChatGPT tabs, half-finished Notion docs, and automation scripts I'd never look at again. Too many disconnected tools and unfinished workflows were creating more friction than they were saving me time. So I started building what I call Jarvis OS — my attempt to connect content, memory, automation, and business operations into one system.

I'm documenting the whole thing in public, mistakes included. No "I made $50k in 30 days" nonsense — just the real build. Here's what I've learned so far that might be useful:

1. Disconnected tools cost more than they save.

Before Jarvis OS, I had a separate tab, doc, or script for almost everything, and most of it went stale. Connecting content, memory, automation, and business ops into one system I'm actively building and testing is the whole point — it's not finished, and I'm not claiming it is.

2. Your workflow is the product before your content is.

Before I worried about posting more, I mapped out every step from "idea" to "published" and started working on automating the boring middle. That's still in progress.

3. Human judgment doesn't go away.

The biggest myth in this space is full automation. Whatever gets built here, deciding what's worth building, what's worth publishing, and what's actually working still comes down to me making that call — and that's the part I don't want to automate away.

I'm sharing the build logs, prompts, and automation notes as I go — figured it might help other beginners trying to build their own systems instead of buying someone else's course. Following the process > following a guru.
