The 90-Day JEE Study Framework That Actually Works

Most JEE aspirants fail not because they're not smart enough — they fail because they study without a system.

After years of seeing students struggle, I've boiled effective JEE prep down to a simple framework:

Week 1-4: Foundation Lock-In

  • Identify your weakest 5 topics across PCM

  • Solve 30 NCERT-level problems per topic until accuracy hits 90%+

  • Zero PYQs at this stage — build the base first

Week 5-8: Problem Escalation

  • Move to HC Verma (Physics), Cengage (Maths), MS Chouhan (Chemistry)

  • Time yourself: 3 min per problem max. Can't solve it? Mark it. Review later.

  • Start 1 mock test per week (NTA Abhyas or Allen mocks)

Week 9-12: Mock Test Domination

  • 3 full-length mocks per week minimum

  • After each mock: 2 hours of analysis > 2 hours of new studying

  • Your mock scores will plateau around week 10 — that's normal. Push through.

The #1 mistake? Jumping to advanced problems before your fundamentals are solid. I've seen students spend 6 months on Irodov who couldn't solve basic kinematics. Don't be that person.

The difference between 95 and 99 percentile is almost never knowledge — it's strategy and consistency.

If you want the full structured plans with daily schedules, topic-wise problem sets, and live guidance from someone who's been through this — AcePrep is built exactly for that.
