The D2D Sales Pitch That Made Me $800 in One Saturday
Most guys overthink door-to-door sales. They memorize a 3-minute script, freeze at the door, and quit after 10 houses.
Here's the framework I teach every guy who joins the Brotherhood — it works for lawn care, pressure washing, window cleaning, whatever you're selling:
The 15-Second Open:
"Hey, I'm [name] — I do [service] for a few homes on this street. Just finished up at [neighbor's address]. I had a quick opening this afternoon and wanted to see if you'd want me to knock yours out while I'm here."
That's it. No begging. No long pitch. You're a professional with limited time.
Why it works:
Social proof (you just did their neighbor's house)
Urgency (you have a "quick opening")
Low pressure (you're offering, not asking)
Most guys who use this close 3-5 doors out of every 20 they knock. At $150-200 per job, that's $450-1,000 in a single day.
The difference between the guys making money and the guys still "thinking about it" is one thing: they actually went and knocked.
If you want the full script library, objection handlers, and a group of guys doing this every day — that's what JMT Brotherhood is for.
