The 6-Week Curriculum:
Week 1 — Know Your Game Learn your playbook beyond memorization, master pre-snap communication, and get a clear picture of where your game is today and where it needs to go.
Week 2 — Read the Defense Identify coverages, build your pre-snap checklist, and apply the Expect/React framework to your game.
Week 3 — Physical Preparation Arm care, weight room fundamentals, nutrition, and building a pre-practice routine that supports your development on and off the field.
Week 4 — Routine Building Build a personal weekly routine around film study, physical prep, and mental readiness — the same habits college coaches notice before you say a word.
Week 5 — The Roadmap Build your recruiting profile, learn how to communicate with college coaches, and leave with a personalized recruiting action plan.
Week 6 — Leadership & Mental Performance Performance regulation, mental performance techniques, and understanding who you are as a leader when the game gets hard.
Spots are limited to 12 QBs per cohort. Applications are reviewed individually.
