This payment is not the full engagement fee. Full luxury and commercial mandates generally begin at USD 10,000 and are confirmed individually in writing.

This deposit is credited toward the final engagement when the mandate proceeds under written terms.

We coordinate buyer-side acquisition planning, search direction, due diligence coordination, transaction support and registration coordination for suitable luxury or commercial mandates.

We do not hold or manage client funds. Property purchase funds are always transferred directly between buyers and sellers through official banking channels.
