Property Management Request is an application for optional post-acquisition support for eligible properties.

Property Management services are generally charged at 10% of rent actually collected and are subject to a separate written agreement.

Potential services include tenant coordination, rent tracking, maintenance coordination, utility coordination, monthly reporting and vendor follow-up.

This is not an automatic Whop subscription. Final scope and fee are confirmed under a separate written property management agreement.

Property Management is separate from Annual Concierge Support. Annual Concierge covers administrative support, vendor coordination, owner assistance and periodic updates. Property Management covers tenant operations, rental tracking, maintenance coordination and monthly owner reporting.
