CapCut AI Editor turns your AI coding agent (Claude Code, or any harness that supports the Agent Skills convention) into a hands-on CapCut editing assistant. It has no plugin, no server, no paid API required to get started.

What it does:
• Karaoke-style captions : regroups CapCut's auto-captions into short "pop" captions with a moving highlight, in any language.
• Silence removal : finds dead air and computes a clean-cut edit list.
• Media tracks : video clips with transitions, background audio with fades, images.
• Styled text & subtitles : titles/callouts with stroke/background/shadow, plus bulk subtitle file import.
• Effects, filters, keyframes & stickers : video effects/color filters, animate position/scale/rotation/volume over time, fade in/out, reposition or resize an existing sticker.
• HyperFrames overlay compositing : animated HTML/CSS motion graphics composited into the draft.
