Between 8:30am and 9:30am the indicator silently tracks the developing Judas Swing — the manipulative move that traps retail traders before the real move begins. At 9:30 the Judas label appears at the most extreme point and continues updating in real time if a new extreme is made, locking permanently at 10:30. From 9:30 onward the expansion label tracks the developing HOD or LOD live on every bar so you always know exactly where the day's extreme currently sits.
