Each engagement is managed end-to-end by a dedicated Principal, your single point of contact, responsible for discovery, analysis, and strategic partnership from kickoff through delivery. The process starts with an onboarding meeting to align priorities and understand your business. We conduct interviews, map workflows, and review your tech stack, vendors, and cybersecurity baseline. Work is based on ITIL 4, NIST CSF, and CMMC 2.0 standards, ensuring findings are defensible and aligned with proven frameworks. In 7–10 business days, your Principal delivers a Blueprint detailing your current environment, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks. You also receive a 3–5-year strategic roadmap with phased improvements to execute internally, with vendors, or through continued partnership. After delivery, you have 7 days of direct access to your Principal for follow-up. We value long-term relationships, not one-off projects. Optional: continue with our embedded Technology Department as a Service (TDaaS), led by the same Principal.
