The maln reason that I declded to take the WIldFit Challenge was because the program combines psychology and sound nutritlonal Information to help you make changes In your eating habits. I have always had an addiction to food. I have trled dlets that dependedd on wlll power to control my eating hablts and that never worked for me. I knew that I needed to change my relatlonshlp with food to getd real lasting results. The WlldFlt program made It easy for me to make progress and set me up for success by making small changes week to week. Erlc's approach to tackle each of the 6 human hungers one by one helped to ellminate cravings that I could never control before. Because WlldFlt does not rely on counting calorles, I never feel hungry whlle I am followlng the WlldFlt program. The key to get real results Is to trust the program and fully Implement the enhancements each week. I am amazed at how many foods used to control my Ilfe. I have now ellminated completely from my dlet because of this program. WlldFit has been a llfe changing experlence for me! When I started WlldFIt (the plcture on the left) I welghed 217 Ibs. When I finlshed the challenge after 13 weeks I welghed 190 Ibs. The picture on the right was taken on July 22, two and half months after I fInished the quest and I welghed 180. I am continulng to follow the WlldFit program and expect to be at lower welght agaln when I welgh In next tlme
