Achieve my physique and skill level through calisthenics and weightlifting

My full guide will cover everything I do such as my split, workouts, recovery and routines that I do before and after my lift.

My calisthenics workouts will be organized in 3 sections -beginner -Advanced -Elite (one arm handstand)

My weightlifting workouts will be only 1 section so progression will be based on the weight you increase overtime.

My routines will be 3 sections

  • warmups

  • stretches dynamic/static

  • sauna session/epson salt bath

My split will be structured by 3 consecutive days and 1 rest day, then repeat
