What is inside:
Phase 1: Groundwork Joint decompression. Preparing the body to change. Three stages that systematically decompress the ankle, hip, knee, and shoulder complex. You move to Phase 2 when you can sit comfortably cross-legged for 90 seconds.
Phase 2: Shapes and Suppleness Overriding old movement patterns. Wall supported, unsupported, and weighted progressions of the squat, hinge, and lunge. You move to Phase 3 when you can perform a hinge and squat continuously for 2 full minutes.
Phase 3: Control and Stability Mastery. Correct movement becomes automatic without conscious thought. Bolt holds, bolt flows, drop ins, and back chain slides lock in everything built in Phase 1 and Phase 2.
