This course is the complete edition of the program.
Beginning with the question, “Why does modern life feel so painful?”, it explores the structure of suffering in today’s world, then systematically guides you through the three core categories of struggle—attachment, comparison, and delusion—along with the specific ways to work with each of them.
At the same time, you will learn Zen as the common foundation underlying all forms of suffering, and from there, develop concrete ways of untangling each type:
Attachment through Zen × Mindfulness
Comparison through Zen × Compassion
Delusion through Zen × Right View
In this way, the course does not remain at the level of theory. It helps you build practical ways of working with suffering in your own life.
The course also includes a hands-on practice section in which real work-related struggles are examined through the framework of the three categories. This allows you to move beyond understanding alone and apply what you learn directly to the struggles of daily life.
This course is for those who want to move beyond a vague sense of suffering, and develop the ability to recognize, steady, and gradually untangle their own struggles for themselves.
It is the course through which you can receive the fullest and deepest understanding of the entire teaching.
