There are three ways you can interact with our program:
(1) - Zoom Classes

Hours are:
Mon - Fri: 5:00am, 6:00am (30 min express class), 10:00am CST
Sat: no class
Sun: no class

**(2) - Pre-Recorded Video with coaching cues **

You can do half the workout one part of the day and half later in the day.

A great option to put up on the TV and follow along with the family.

**(3) - Written **

Works great if you use a commercial gym and just need to see what to do.

Or you just don’t want to see vide and are happy to read the program and follow it that way.

We use minimal equipment, you'll need:

• A device (phone, laptop, tablet) with the zoom app downloaded to it.

• Bluetooth Earbuds with Active Noise Cancellation (absolutely mandatory)

• Dumbbells

• Mat

• Bench

• Box

• Pull-up Bar (not necessary but great to have)

• Jump Rope
