There are moments most people don’t talk about.
Sitting in meetings while others casually mention savings or exit plans, hoping no one asks where you stand. Making decisions that feel like moving backward just to stay afloat. Realizing that stability you assumed would come by now still feels conditional.
Those moments create a fear that doesn’t shut off.
What if I can’t keep working as long as I need to? What happens if my health changes before the plan does?
The problem isn’t discipline or effort. It’s that the system assumes time and uninterrupted health. Once those assumptions break, saving harder stops being a strategy.
Hope isn’t a plan.

I started saving late and most advice just made me feel worse. This gave me a different way to think about the problem , at least I won't have to start over or be on social media- I don't do SM at all!
Still working through it, but I've gotten more direction so far than from anything else I've come across.
I wasn't sure what to expect, but there's a lot of solid information without hype. I have no time for growing audiences so I look forward to implementing the advice. Very doable, definitely recommend if you are looking for a realistic means to supplement income.
