The Consumption Trap: Why You Know Everything and Build Nothing

You've watched 400 hours of "how to start a business" content.

You can name every productivity framework. You know about dopamine, discipline, morning routines, and the 80/20 rule. You've saved 200 posts. You've screenshot 50 threads.

And you still haven't shipped anything.

That's not a knowledge problem. That's a consumption addiction dressed up as preparation.

Here's the pattern:

  1. You find new content that feels like progress

  2. You consume it and feel motivated

  3. You plan to implement it "tomorrow"

  4. Tomorrow comes and you find new content

  5. Repeat forever

The people who actually build things? They knew LESS than you when they started. They just started before they felt ready.

The fix isn't more information. It's a forcing function.

You need a room where someone calls out the loop. Where "I'm still researching" gets prosecuted. Where frameworks don't just get consumed — they get applied, tracked, and held accountable.

That's what Tea Time Network is. Four live shows a week built around one thing: getting you from consumption to execution.

Stop watching. Start building.
