I created this space for women who’ve spent years being the dependable, capable, emotionally responsible one.

The woman everybody else leans on… and somewhere along the way quietly started wondering:

What about me now?

Because for many women, midlife doesn’t arrive dramatically.

Life slowly becomes responsibility, routine, emotional labour and survival mode… until eventually many women realise they’ve lost connection with themselves somewhere in the middle of keeping everything else going.

I know that feeling deeply.

After leaving a 22-year policing career in my early 40’s, rebuilding my life through business, motherhood, relationships and a huge amount of personal change, I eventually reached a point where I had to properly listen to myself again.

Over time, I rebuilt my life more intentionally around those answers.

I now live and work remotely between Thailand and Dubai, have built businesses around lead generation and sales, prioritise my health more, and finally feel closer to the version of me that existed before life became almost entirely about survival and responsibility.

This Collective is a space for women 40+ wanting more clarity, confidence and self-sufficiency moving forward.
