TinyOps will deliver:

• A pinned OpenClaw installation under a dedicated non-root service user

• Safe env-file ownership and permissions guidance

• A basic monitoring recommendation

• A short operator runbook covering commands, file paths, restart checks, rollback notes, and support boundaries

The paid trial is intentionally bounded to one fresh or throwaway host. It does not include high availability, a multi-host rollout, ongoing on-call support, a formal security audit, compliance certification, custom OpenClaw feature development, or third-party hosting and software fees. Production access requires a separately agreed scope and rollback plan.

Delivery is within five business days after complete intake and agreed temporary access. TinyOps provides a least-privilege access checklist after purchase. Do not send passwords, private keys, tokens, or other secrets in checkout answers.
