How it works

1. Buy the session. You get access to a private booking channel straight away.
2. Send your printer model, slicer, filament and a photo of the failed print.
3. We book a time and spend 60 minutes on your machine: bed levelling, flow and temp tuning, retraction, joint tolerances on articulated prints, first layer, stringing, warping.
4. You leave with a working profile saved on your machine.

What this is not: this is not ongoing or unlimited support, and it is not a repair warranty. It is one 60 minute session.

Booking window: your access is valid for 14 days from purchase. Book inside that window. Unused sessions after 14 days are not refunded.

No hardware is shipped. Online only.
