Ripe cherries rest on raised beds above the Byron hinterland until the fruit concentrates into the bean. We roast this lot light so the natural sweetness stays loud — red cherry, cacao husk, and a clean tropical finish. Grown, processed, and roasted on our farm. Best as filter or omni.
