There is one line on the chart with the word predicted attached to it, and I want to be careful about that word.
The predicted point of control is a preview of where the busiest price may drift next, based on how activity has been building. It is drawn faint on purpose, because it is the softest reading on the chart, not the firmest.
I do not treat it as a forecast I am supposed to trade toward. I treat it as a small hint about which way the center of gravity is leaning, to be confirmed or thrown out by what price actually does. If the market disagrees with it, the market wins.
Calling it predicted is honest about what it is. Pretending it were a certainty would be the exact kind of overconfidence this whole tool was built to reduce.
