You're not unknown because you're bad. You're unknown because you never published.

The people who should have YouTube channels usually don't.

They're the surgeon who explains things better than any medical YouTuber. The operator who could teach a masterclass in 12 minutes. The specialist whose DMs are already full of "can I pick your brain?"

They don't start because they think YouTube is for people who want to be creators. It's not. It's for people who already know something and keep it trapped in rooms of 12.

Three things that actually matter if you're starting from zero audience:

1. Film the thing you'd charge $5k to say in a room.

Don't brainstorm "content ideas." Record the explanation you already give clients. One tight take. That's the video.

2. Editing is not the bottleneck. Shipping is.

Most experts stall on thumbnails, intros, and "the brand." None of that matters until 10 videos exist. Get the talking head out. Fix the packaging later.

3. Brand deals follow proof, not follower counts.

A sponsor cares that the right 2,000 people watch you. Not that 50,000 strangers do. Expertise + consistency beats a dancing intro every time.

If you're sitting on a skill and a silent channel, the next move is not another strategy session. It's a camera, a topic you could teach with your eyes closed, and a publish button.

Post the first one this week.
