Local Thai eSIM for 7–30 days on DTAC (7, 8, 10 and 15-day plans) or True (30 days), routed through Thailand’s own network, not an overseas gateway.
FAQ
Q: How do I make calls or send SMS?
A: Thai NBTC rules (since 20 May 2026) require a one-time passport check at any official DTAC or True store in Thailand for outgoing calls/SMS. Data and incoming calls work right away.
Q: When should I install it?
A: After you land, on Wi-Fi. It must be activated inside Thailand; activating abroad risks deactivation. Days start at install.
Q: No data after installing?
A: Check the Thai eSIM is your mobile-data line. Still nothing? Allow Data Roaming on the eSIM line (no extra charge); keep it off on your home line. Don’t delete the eSIM (the QR works once); contact us.
