A: On Wi-Fi, the day before you fly. Your days start once it’s installed. Days end 23:59 Manila time, so choose a plan one day longer than your stay.
Q: No data after installing?
A: Set the eSIM as your mobile-data line and turn on Data Roaming for it (no extra charge). Keep roaming off on your home SIM. Don’t delete the eSIM (the QR scans once); contact us.
