How I structure a landing page build: the exact process I use for every client
A few people asked what actually happens when you hire me to build a landing page, so here's the real breakdown:
Day 1 — Discovery call (or async brief). I ask three questions: Who is this for? What's the one action you want them to take? What's stopping them from taking it today? Most founders haven't actually written this down — doing it first saves days of revision later.
Day 2-3 — Wireframe + copy structure. I don't touch design yet. I lay out the page in plain text: headline, subhead, proof, offer, CTA, objection-handling section, final CTA. If the words don't work in gray boxes, no amount of design will save it.
Day 4-6 — Design + build. Once the structure is approved, I build it fully responsive, optimized for load speed, and wired for whatever analytics/waitlist tool you're using.
Day 7 — Review + launch. You get a live preview link, we do one round of revisions, and it ships.
One week, start to finish, for a page that's actually built to convert instead of just look nice. If you want to see this in action, I'm running a $100-off launch offer right now on Forge Web Studio.
