This purchase includes one online support session of up to 60 minutes. We cover printer setup, slicer settings, calibration, first layer, print quality, extrusion, bed leveling and common print failures. We can’t promise every issue will be fixed. Not a subscription, no ongoing support. The session must be booked and completed within the access window. STL files are sold separately.
