This purchase includes one online support session of up to 60 minutes. We can work through setup, slicer settings, first-layer issues, bed leveling, extrusion, calibration, and common print failures over chat or video, depending on what is available.

This is a single session, not unlimited support and not a lifetime guarantee. We cannot promise every printer fault can be fixed in one session. Access is available for 7 days so you can book and complete the session.

This product does not include STL files. STL packs are sold separately.
