I built Legion because I was tired of guessing.
You make a video you’re proud of, throw a thumbnail on it, and it dies at 300 views. Meanwhile someone in your niche posts something similar and it explodes. The difference is almost always the packaging.
So Legion looks at what’s actually blowing up in your niche, figures out why people clicked, and helps you make thumbnails, titles and shorts built on that.
The brain behind it is Legion Intelligence. It studies your own channel first, so it knows what your audience clicks, and every recommendation and every draft is checked against that.
You can put your own face in the thumbnails (still improving that part), and it makes shorts too, with captions, voiceover and motion (for a talking head short for example). You can even train it on your own style.
What annoyed me the most about the online tools is that you pay a monthly subscription for a pile of credits, then you wait in queues, and every single click eats those credits. Regenerate? Credits. Small tweak? Credits. By the time you’ve got something you actually like, the month’s gone and you’ve barely made anything.
Legion doesn’t work like that. It runs on your own computer, with your own API keys, so you pay a few cents per thumbnail straight to the provider. Checking what’s winning, getting ideas, and Legion reviewing your drafts costs you nothing extra.
Setup is done with Claude code, and you’re up and running in about 10 minutes.
