The real reason agents let their license lapse (it's not procrastination)

I've talked to a lot of real estate agents about license renewals, and almost nobody lets their license lapse because they're lazy. It's because the tracking is scattered across three places: your state board portal, whatever CE provider you used last, and a sticky note on your monitor.

Your state sends a renewal notice 60-90 days out — straight to email, where it gets buried. Your CE hours live in a completely different system than your license status. And "how many hours do I actually still need" is a question most agents can't answer without logging into 2-3 portals and doing math.

The fix isn't "try harder to remember." It's having ONE place that knows your renewal date AND your CE progress, and that nags you before it's urgent — not after.

That's the whole thesis behind what I've been building. If you're an agent who's ever had that mid-shower panic of "wait, when does my license expire again?" — you're exactly who I built this for.
