Grief doesn’t just live in your head. It lives in your chest, your shoulders, your hips.
And if it’s ever hit you mid-set, or you’ve cried on the gym floor with strangers around you, or the one place that was meant to make you strong felt like it was breaking you down instead, I see you. I’ve been there.
I lost my sister when I was a kid. My dad when I was 15. My mum last year. I know what it’s like to carry more than the bar. I built this because I needed it myself, and because nobody should have to work out how to train through this on their own.
Here’s what’s inside:
A private community. People who get it. No explaining yourself, no “everything happens for a reason.”
Weekly live calls. Every week, me and you. This isn’t a challenge that ends after five days.
The L.I.F.T. Library. Short trainings and printable tools for you to use before any session, on any kind of day. It also has the 8-week Get Strong programme, a Dark Day Protocol, and evening audio resets for the nights it’s hard to switch off.
Grief workouts. For the days you’re angry, numb, sad or wired. Not a generic plan, but one for the day you’re actually having.
The Milestone Board. The wins, big and small, in the gym and outside it. Healing deserves to be seen, not hidden.
You don’t have to keep white-knuckling it. This is where you learn to use your training as a way through, not a way to run from it.
