The LinkedIn post framework that gets founders 10x more engagement
Most founders write LinkedIn posts backwards.
They start with what they want to say. But the posts that actually perform start with what the reader needs to feel.
Here's the framework I use when ghostwriting for founders:
Hook → Tension → Insight → Proof → CTA
Hook: Open with a contrarian take or specific number. "I turned down a $2M offer" hits harder than "Here's what I learned about business."
Tension: Create a gap. What did you struggle with? What did everyone else get wrong?
Insight: One clear takeaway. Not three. Not five. One.
Proof: Back it up — a result, a screenshot, a before/after.
CTA: Ask a question. People engage with questions, not statements.
The founders I write for went from 200 impressions to 15K+ per post using this exact structure. No hacks. No pods. Just better writing.
If you're a founder who wants LinkedIn content that actually builds your brand — that's exactly what Shadow Script does.
