The 3-Step Cold Email Framework That Books 5+ B2B Meetings Per Week
Most people send cold emails that get ignored. Not because their offer is bad — because their approach is wrong.
After booking thousands of B2B appointments across dozens of industries, I've broken it down to 3 things that matter:
1. The subject line is a question, not a pitch.
"Quick question about [Company]'s Q2 pipeline" beats "We help companies like yours increase revenue" every single time. Why? Because curiosity > pitch.
2. The first line proves you did homework.
Mention something specific — a recent hire, a product launch, a LinkedIn post. Generic personalization like "I noticed your company is growing" is the same as no personalization.
3. The CTA is low-commitment.
Don't ask for a 30-minute call. Ask: "Worth a 2-minute conversation to see if this is relevant?" You're removing the mental barrier.
That's it. No 47-step sequence. No AI tools. Just these 3 principles applied consistently.
I've been running a B2B appointment setting agency and teaching everything I know inside Appointment Setting Mastery. If you want to build a real remote income booking meetings for businesses, this is the playbook.
