Everything in Licence Ready, plus the part that actually stalls people: getting your references to sign.

Think of it like a colour service. Licence Ready is the formula, mixed and handed to you — you apply it yourself. Licence Ready Complete is me doing the whole service while you sit back.

What you get:

• Your finished Trade Equivalency Assessment application, built from your work history
• Reference letters written from your real hours, ready to sign
• We contact your old managers and co-workers for you, send the letters, and follow up until they’re signed (with your written permission first)
• A clear list of anything still missing and how to get it
• A 20-minute call with me to review everything before you submit
• 50% off the Exam Prep for when you’re approved

How it works: buy, fill in a 10-minute form about where you’ve worked, sign a quick permission to contact your references, and we take it from there. You’ll get an update every week until every signature is in.

Fine print: Skilled Trades Ontario makes the decision and charges its own fee. This service prepares your application and gathers your references; it can’t guarantee approval or force a reference to sign. Not affiliated with Skilled Trades Ontario — I went through the TEA myself and offer this as a service. If you’re currently a registered apprentice, speak to Employment Ontario first.
