Bloop

Your numbers, but they actually slap. Bloop turns YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch stats into one cartoon dashboard so you can see...

Two optional machines. The desk is still free.

Disclose: I built Bloop.

If you already hop YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch, the job is still one sentence: which platform moved, and what to ship next. The free desk is that board:

Two optional machines are in review, $1.99 once, keep them:

  • Sonar — 1971 depth sounder, a quiet cyan trace

  • Ledger — 1924 bound ledger, forest ink, hairline rules

YouTube can feel more live on the desk. TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch are notes on the board, not a full live sync. No monthly plan. If your Monday ritual already works, keep it.

Clipper analytics in 10 minutes (Clip Empire notes)

If you clip the same raw onto TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Twitch, you already have four dashboards and no decision.

This is the board I use. Steal it even if you never open Bloop.

1. Which platform paid rent

Pick one number: new follows or views in 7 days. Not a vibe. One app won. Name it.

2. The clip that died

The one you were sure about. Write the hook in one line. Do not cut a sequel of it tomorrow.

3. One thing to ship

Same format as the winner, on the platform that won. Not five ideas.

4. What to ignore

Native analytics after you have that sentence. You already spent the 12 minutes.

Clippers in a network (Clip Empire and otherwise) lose hours translating four apps into one Monday plan. The job is the sentence, not the chart.

Free desk, all four platforms including Twitch:

Machines are $1.99 once if you want the board to look like a machine. The data desk is free.

If you already have a ritual that works, keep it.

A Monday recap you can steal (even if you never open Bloop)

Four boxes. Ten minutes. Write them in your notes app.

1. What paid rent

Which platform actually moved the needle this week — views, watch time, or follows. One app. Not a vibe.

2. What flopped

The post you were sure about that did nothing. Name it. Do not post a sequel of it tomorrow.

3. One thing to ship

Not five ideas. One. Same format as the post that paid rent, on the platform that paid rent.

4. What to ignore

The native dashboard that ate 12 minutes and did not change the plan.

If you already hop YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch, this is the whole job. Bloop is just the same four boxes on one cartoon board so you do not rebuild them from six tabs.

Steal it. Use it next Monday.

The 12-minute analytics tax nobody budgets for

If you post on YouTube and TikTok, you already have a second job you didn’t agree to: translating two dashboards into one decision.

Here’s the version I keep seeing.

You ship a short. You wait. You open YouTube Studio. Retention looks fine. CTR is whatever. Then you open TikTok and the same idea did 4x — or died — and you cannot tell if it was the hook, the caption, or the fact that you posted 11 minutes later.

So you guess. Then you post again. Then you guess again.

Creators in that 1k–500k band feel this the most. You’re big enough that the numbers matter, not big enough to have an analyst. Native apps are built to keep you in the app, not to answer “what should I make on Thursday.”

The move that actually helps is boring:

  • Put the platforms next to each other for the same 28 days.

  • Name the one post that moved the line.

  • Write one sentence about what to ship next.

  • Stop when you have that sentence.

That’s it. That’s the whole job. Everything else is a museum of charts.

Bloop is the cartoon version of that ritual. One board, a recap that talks like a person, membership so it stays a habit. If you want the long version, the dashboard is on the site.

If you’ve already got a ritual that works, keep it. If you don’t, steal this one.
