Spent the last few months talking to madrasa administrators before building Madrasa OS, and the same complaint kept coming up: every school management tool on the market is built for K-12 curriculum tracking — grades, subjects, report cards. None of them have a category for what a madrasa actually needs to track every single day: Hifz.

A generic ERP has no field for 'which surah is this kid memorizing' or 'did they pass their sabqi revision today.' So admins end up running two systems — the paid software for attendance/fees, and a paper notebook (or a WhatsApp message to the Hifz teacher) for memorization progress. That's not a small gap, it's the core value a madrasa is providing to parents.

We built Madrasa OS around the Hifz/Sabak workflow first: daily sabak (new lesson) and sabqi/manzil (revision) status per student, tracked alongside attendance and fees in the same dashboard.
