Of course! If you want to cancel your subscription, you must cancel it within Whop. Go to https://whop.com/orders/. Then, click on 'Jack of All Tools'. After that, press the three dots and select 'Cancel Membership.' When cancelling your subscription, it will not renew but you will still have your benefits active until you’ve consumed the remaining days you’ve paid for.

There are no refunds, all payments are final upon purchase.

In case of a failed payment, our payment software will attempt a second collection after 7 days. If this retry also fails, your subscription will be automatically cancelled, resulting in a loss of access until successful payment.
