Our service is highly differentiated from others in the industry. Rather than providing a laundry list of all events with presales/onsales, we help narrow things down to a much more targeted list with detailed event analysis and specific buy recommendations that we feel are worthy investments. And we highlight notable events that we feel are NOT worth targeting or that are overly risky, to help our members avoid unnecessary losses. We also pride ourselves on maintaining a professional, no-nonsense chat. We spend a considerable amount of time and effort ensuring that the culture of our chat is highly professional and organized into various discussion topics so that our members gain value by reading and following the chat. Lastly, our tools are highly valuable and integrated right into Slack for convenience and ease of use.

Our members are highly diverse and vary in size and experience, ranging from small new businesses that are just getting started in the industry to medium-sized brokers that have been selling tickets for many years, all the way to several well established players selling tens of millions of dollars in revenue per year or more. Newer members also get access to our private Beginners Channel for discussion catering to newer brokers. We have over 20 years of ticket brokering experience that began well before the proliferation of online resale marketplaces and the digitization of ticket brokering. We use our extensive experience to provide detailed event analysis and profitable daily event list/buy recommendation reports daily and are very active in Slack. We are also able to leverage our extensive relationships with other brokers and ticketing companies to provide unique insights, data, and analysis to help members making more informed buying decisions.

Broker Buds launched in 2019, took a year off in 2020 due to Covid, and re-launched in April 2021. We are proud to say that the vast majority of our members join via word-of-mouth, which is a testament to our service offering and the value we provide. We are continuously improving the service offering over time by adding new tools/features, upgrading our daily lists, partnering with other industry providers to help bring more value to our members, maintaining our chat's organization and professionalism, and more.
