Jerrell & Yvonne met in NYC 2013. Jerrell was a full time Social Worker, worked at the YMCA part time & picked up Network Marketing to make some extra cash. Yvonne worked in banking as a manager and had her own hair company. Jerrell created success in Network Marketing allowing him to leave his jobs just 2 years after entering the industry. The couple seemed to be headed towards success but faced many obstacles in the years to come including... Yvonne's hair business slowing down. Suffering a loss of their child through stillbirth in 2015 followed by 3 more failed pregnancies. Jerrell spending time in jail for multiple DWI's in 2017. Lastly, the network marketing company went out of business in 2020. With not too many options and the little money they had saved up, Jerrell & Yvonne launched an Airbnb business which grew to over $200k in income and 11 units in just one year and more than $1M in total. With so many people now seeking their guidance, Jerrell & Yvonne launched a mentorship program called The Employee Exit Plan. A little over 2 years in, Jerrell & Yvonne earned over 1 million dollars in booked earnings on Airbnb alone. The couple continues to help aspiring entrepreneurs start, automate and scale a Short Term Rental business starting with no experience.
