Haven't had for long but I can already tell this is an amazing program not just does it only tell you about weight loss it tell you how to mentally prepare for it which most other programs don't tell u once again haven't had it for long but I'm currently down 11 lbs thanks to u nick appreciate it. and u posting a motivational Instagram every once awhile about weight loss rlly keeps me going.

If your lost on the journey of weight loss this is one of the best places to start. I started my journey in 2023 but took 2024 as the time to really lock it in. I'm down 20lbs and even the advice with handling things like body dysmorphia and the course material is amazing. 10/10 program, advice, and community. From beginner to even a novice you can take anything from here.
