Fulfillment Policies:

Refund policy — Since this is a digital service, refunds will not be allowed. Refund will only be issued if you made this purchase on accident, it must be requested within 1 hour of making the purchase.

Delivery policy — Customers are invited to the discord server as soon as they make their purchase, automatically.

Cancellation policy — Customers are allowed to cancel their subscription anytime they would like. They can go back to the email they receive when signing up and unsubscribe from there. They can also email nycalert19@gmail.com to request cancellations. There's no commitments, or contracts. Feel free to cancel whenever you like.
