Q: I’m I able to go buy the day pass everyday and receive the picks evryday

A: Currently, there's a 2-4 day waiting period every time after joining the Day Pass waitlist to get accepted. Once you’re accepted, and your access eventually expires you will then have the option to rejoin the waitlist. However, acceptance will still be on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once you rejoin the waitlist it typically takes 2-4 days to get accepted again.

Q: Hey, I’m from New Zealand so 12pm ET is 4am here. How much time is there usually between tip sent time and game time?

A: It all depends on that day's game. We typically release our predictions 2 hours before the start of a game, but it can also vary.

Q: Do i have to activate the day pass the same day i get off the waitlist?

A: Yes, once you've been accepted you have to activate your membership the same day and before the start of the game.

A: There is no charge for joining the waitlist. You will only get charged when you're accepted.
