Is it better to work out in the morning or evening?
It doesn’t matter as long as you feel properly fuelled for the workout. You can consume some caffeine/fruit too.
Can I combine cardio and lifting?
Yes but you need to either separate them or do your cardio after your resistance training.
When short one time, what is the best way to shorten my workouts?
The best way to go about this, is reduce the sets by 1 or 2 but really make sure to keep the intensity super high.
