We have a strict no-refund policy for final sales under all conditions. Therefore, filing a claimor seeking a refund will be considered a violation of this provision, and we can resort to the law. If users need to cancel their membership, they must manually do so within their Whop settings. Memberships will auto-renew by default. We are not obligated to issue refunds for renewal charges if the user did not manually cancel prior to being billed for the next membership term.
