Most traders don't have a strategy problem. They have a conviction problem.
I've been trading options for 6+ years. The pattern I keep seeing isn't that people can't find a setup. It's that they find one, take it, then abandon it the second the candle goes against them.
Conviction is not hoping. It's knowing your invalidation before you click buy — and sitting on your hands until that level actually breaks.
Three things that fixed this for me:
Write the thesis in one sentence before you enter. If you can't, you don't have a trade.
Size so a full stop doesn't wreck your week. Oversizing is how conviction dies.
Review losers by process, not P&L. A green trade that broke your rules is still a loss.
Master the Market 2 is built around that. Not more indicators. Execution under pressure.
If that's the work you actually want to do, the door's open.
